We place great emphasis on the role of mentors and lecturers, who are key actors in the process of educating young people. These experts are responsible for the preparation and implementation of educational activities aimed at the development of entrepreneurial competences and skills. Their task is not only to pass on knowledge, but also to motivate and inspire young people towards entrepreneurial thinking and innovation.

Mentors and lecturers
participate in various trainings and trainings designed to increase their professional competences and skills. These trainings include the development of digital skills, the preparation and implementation of informal education, as well as the development of entrepreneurial competences. The goal is for them to be able to effectively conduct educational activities that are interesting and beneficial for students, based on the developed methodologies.
Moreover,
the lecturers also went through live mentoring, which served as demonstration lessons of informal education aimed at developing business competencies and skills.
