We prepare young people for the market and economy of the 21st century through the development of entrepreneurial competence.
Project supported by Erasmus+ KA220-YOU – Cooperative Partnerships in the Youth Sector.
Young people expect new, innovative approaches using visualization and digital techniques. Youth workers and educators need materials that meet the expectations of young people for the implementation of education. Anyone who is interested in implementing informal education in the formal environment of schools can use our methodology. In order to facilitate the use of materials, the project activities also include education for the next activities, which you can see here.
The goal of the project is to prepare young people for the market and economy of the 21st century through the development of entrepreneurial competence. Part of the created educational program is also the development of critical thinking and digital literacy of young people from secondary schools. One of the specific goals of the project is to digitally connect national institutions of the private, public and state sectors, which you can find here, and lecturers/mentors dedicated to the topic of business education/education for entrepreneurship, you can look at them and contact them for cooperation.
We worked in cooperation with the goals of the EU youth strategy for the years 2019-2027, in particular: Quality employment for all and Quality education. Young people face particular challenges, in particular they suffer from high unemployment and are more likely to consider part-time work. They are trying to gain control over their lives, moving from education to work. We want to make it easier for them to transition from school to the labor market so that their work is not just a job that does not excite them.
Work that young people, especially those who can use their creativity and entrepreneurship and are ready to face the problems and obstacles that await them, will want to do. We have set ourselves the goal of ensuring sufficient information and skills through entrepreneurial education, while at the same time conveying practical experience with entrepreneurship to young people. In doing so, use the possibilities of exchanging best practices and participative creation of the educational program using experience, examples of good practice and ideas of the organizers.
