Experience working with youth: she sees strong value in non-formal education, especially in developing young people and helping them use their potential for the benefit of the communities they are part of. She comes from the Christian Youth Communities Movement, where she gained a solid foundation and valuable inspiration for youth work and non-formal education. From 2004 to 2020, she worked within the Youth Council of the Prešov Self-Governing Region, focusing on non-formal education of young people, youth workers, and volunteering. In the past, she worked at IUVENTA – the Slovak Youth Institute as a regional expert for the national project Komprax – Competences for Practice. Since 2016, she has been active in the organization CeNef, which she co-founded, and currently works there as a lecturer.
